CODE WHITE Drill Simulator
Step 1 of 1 — required before any drill

Your Protocol Card

Code White does not issue clinical figures, doses, dilutions or timings. It never will. Every drill runs against your own written protocols, entered here once and printed on every drill record you generate.

Read this before you continue This is a decision-rehearsal simulator, not a clinical reference and not medical advice. It does not tell you what to give, how much, or how often. If a field below is blank, that is a gap in your emergency preparedness — the drill will show it as [not recorded] and it will appear on your record.
Practitioner & premises
Required — the drill record is worthless without a name on it.
GMC, NMC, GDC, GPhC number, or leave blank.
Required.
Optional. Clinics and academies: what should appear as the licence holder on every printed record.
Emergency kit — where it is, not what is in it
Where a colleague could find it in the dark, in ten seconds, without asking you.
Required — if you cannot write it down you cannot find it under pressure.

The document you would actually open. Code White will refer to it by name during drills. Do not type doses here — this app does not store or display clinical figures.
Required — or tick the box below. Do not invent a document title to get past this screen.
UK consensus changed in 2026: a patient with sudden visual loss after filler goes to the nearest emergency department, because a substantial minority have stroke-like involvement. Open the document and check rather than recalling it.
Required — or tick the box above to say you have no protocol.

Resuscitation Council UK stopped recommending routine corticosteroids in anaphylaxis in May 2021, and moved antihistamines out of emergency treatment. A protocol written before then usually still lists both. Check the document.

Named hospital. UK consensus is that sudden visual loss after filler goes to the nearest ED without delay — not to a specialist eye unit — because a significant minority have stroke-like involvement. Note ophthalmology cover if it has it, but do not travel further for it.
Required — this is the single most time-critical line on the card.

As you have actually checked it, at your busiest time of day.

The person you would shout for. If you work alone, write what you would actually do.

Declaration The entries above are your own. Code White does not check, validate, endorse or supply any of them, and displays them only so that your drills rehearse your real arrangements.

Run a drill

Six scenarios. Options are re-drawn and re-ordered every run, so a drill cannot be memorised. Every completed drill produces a dated record you can print for your governance file.

There are no giveaway answers. Every option is something a competent practitioner might reasonably do, and several are genuinely defensible. You are choosing the best of them — which is the discrimination that actually happens at the chair.

Mode

Assessment mode decays faster, gives nothing away mid-drill, and is the mode to use when the record is going in your folder.

Pace

Every decision gives you reading time before the clock starts, sized to how much text is on screen. Pace changes only what happens after that, once you are thinking rather than reading.

Before you start Once the drill begins the clock runs and the status bar falls while you think. Read the decision, choose, confirm. You cannot go back.

Expect the options to be close. Each decision offers one optimal action and at least one near-miss that is defensible but incomplete, alongside choices that quietly cost you time or make things worse. None of them are absurd.

Reflection

A drill record with no reflection on it is a screenshot. This is the part an assessor, an insurer or an inspector actually reads.

Scope, limits and further reading

What this software does not do It issues no doses, dilutions, concentrations, volumes, rates or drug timings. It does not diagnose, does not recommend treatment for any real patient, and is not a clinical decision-support tool. It is a rehearsal aid for decision sequence, escalation and documentation only.
Code White — emergency drill simulator for aesthetic practice. Training simulation only. No clinical doses are issued by this software; all figures referenced during drills are those entered by the practitioner from their own protocols. Not a substitute for hands-on emergency training, competency assessment, indemnity requirements, or the advice of a prescriber or medical professional. In a real emergency in the UK, call 999.
